MEME – /miːm/ noun: it’s all about me!

Apparently, I am going the way of the dinosaur. I like memes… I know, that is so last week.

If you send me one, I’ll fill it out, and love doing it. I’ve even been known to track one down and steal it. I’m lazy bad like that.

Yet, because of some hand slapping, and some completely hostile unexpected reactions to passing along these tidbits of egomania, I have shunned the habit of inflicting bestowing despised unwanted memes on the unsuspecting public. I have a hard enough time keeping track of my own idiosyncrasies, I can’t always remember who else enjoys Internet chain letters and who doesn’t. (No, I won’t experience seven years of bad luck for breaking this dependency cycle.)

This may not be a meme graveyard, but it is the ICU. I’ll join the fun, but I won’t tag anyone else. I’ll issue an open invitation to anyone who wants to play with the cool kids, but it’s not mandatory.
