For Oct. 25-31
(Shot with a Nikon D60)
I started getting together items I needed to crochet a few Christmas presents. I picked up a few skeins of yarn, and pulled out my hooks and patterns books. I’m ready to begin.

Despite the warm weather, many of the birds have gone further south. I need to get the feeders ready for winter.

As the grass turns brown and slows its growth, there remain a few splashes of color ready to keep our spirits up.

Making ready for Halloween, sunsets and spiders played their part.

Love the shots this week!!
. Unfortunately I didn’t have time for the upkeep and regular fillings when the boys came! I loved my birds!!
I had so many bird feeders up in my yard, before I had kids
The knitting needles and the sunset are beautiful! I love them both.
The shot of the knitting needles is just gorgeous!
Nice shots. My favorites were the needles and the sunset.
I love the bird feeder – looks brilliant in b&w
And I always adore spider photos too – love the shot!!
I love how the earth prepares for winter. It’s an amazing time of year.
Can’t wait to see what you do for the Christmast pressies!
There are a lot of textures in these shots. My favorite pic is the one with the crochet hooks–I love the many “colors”
Have a great week, Tara
great shots, but as a fellow crocheter my fave is the hooks. I could see that printed up.
Love the yarn and the flower shots!
I love the spider, even though I’m terrified of spiders. And you reminded me I have a blanket to finish..
That shot of your knitting needles is gorgeous!
Great set! My fave is the sunset. Gorgeous!
Love the last shot, and that beautiful sky. Hope you finish the crocheted goodies in time
I’m envious of the fact you still have beautiful flowers during winter and of that sky, naturally
I just prepped the feeders, too. We still have tons of crazy little birds up here and the girls adore it. Enjoy your crocheting!
What you crochet, too? Seriously, what can’t you do? Love the photos (another great talent), especially the spider!
I hope you had a great Halloween (and I’m making brussel sprouts for dinner. On purpose. With bacon. Cuz they’re GOOD!)
That spider does not look itsy bitsy! As always, Superior Snaps…
Love the morning glory, and that sunset is amazing!
Super stunning photos.
Really gorgeous! I love the yarn picture.
Beautiful pictures, Tara!! I sure wish I could learn to process my photos like that one day…
I love the flower, that B&W with the shock of purple is just gorgeous.
Are you a stitcher?? I never could figure that out – I needlepoint instead!
I always love looking at your photos, Tara!!!!
